About Me
I am a self-taught artist driven by curiosity, passion, and a lifelong devotion to the creative arts. Born and raised in Hyderabad, I have showcased my work across India through 212 group shows, 31 solo exhibitions, and 18 live demonstrations. I now look forward to presenting my work to a global audience and connecting with art lovers everywhere.
My Portfolio
For me, art is devotion. I draw inspiration from stories narrated by my grandfather. Which I translate into visual stories in canvas, walls and other mediums. My main theme and style is mythological, of which I have 10000s of artworks. Each narrating a story and showing different perspectives and facets of gods and characters from mythology.
However, art cannot be contained in any one form and my imagination stretches across numerous others genres – abstract, cubism, contemporary, sketches, murals…

Eclectic styles define the portfolio
Mythology
The stories of gods, goddesses, heroes and anti-heroes have been retold and reinterpreted through bold washes of vibrant acrylic colours and minutely intricate swirls of fine tipped sketch tools, on canvases, some of which are large as over 15 feet in height. They adorn interiors of famous movie artists, business tycoons and art connoisseurs all over and India and abroad.
Contemporary
Culture defines the themes of Srikanthbabu’s contemporary works. A medley of different styles and use of multimedia are used to create artworks of diverse themes, each reflecting facets of society.
Sketch
Sometimes just a few strokes are enough to create beauty. Srikanthbabu used fluid lines to recreate varied complex themes and imagination into simple imagery, some in plain black and white and some with a wash of colour.
Cubism
Form and perspective dissolve into bold geometry in Srikanthbabu’s cubist works. Subjects are broken down and reassembled through angular planes, intersecting lines, and layered colour blocks, creating depth through abstraction rather than realism. Faces, figures, and emotions emerge simultaneously from multiple viewpoints, inviting the viewer to pause, explore, and interpret.
Murals
Srikanthbabu creates live mural works in homes or corporate offices on request. He has adorned cafes, corporate offices and private homes with his amazing and intricate art skills.
